Caregiver Stress Reduction Workshops (Vancouver, BC)
Come learn new relation and stress reduction techniques that are easy to do in the comfort of your own home. Techniques are suitable for all levels of physical activity. Facilitated by Janice Masur, retired physiotherapist.

Six Week Caregiver Education Workshop Series (Vancouver, BC)
Are you a friend or family member caring for somone who is aging, ill or living with a disability?
Join our Free six week Caregiver Education Workshop Series to learn strategies for coping, connect with other unpaid caregivers who are dealing with a similar situation, and find out about valuable resources and information to assist in navigating the health care system and future decision making. Workshop Facilitator is Sarah Galuska (MSW, RSW). Respite services may be available!
Workshop topics include:
- Caregiver roles & responsibilities
- Community resources
- Self-care & Stress management
- Legal & health care decisions
- Family dynamics and communication
- Facility Placement
When: Thursday Evenings for 6 weeks. June 3, 10, 17 and July 8, 15, 22.

Six Week Caregiver Education Series
Free 2 hour long classes offered once a week for six weeks throughout Burnaby.
Learn about how unpaid family caregivers can better care for themselves, community resources including Fraser Health programs, navigating 'the system', housing options, dementia, legal issues and end of life care.
When: 10:00AM - Noon - Saturdays, July 10 to August 21. {no class July 31st)
