TEAM ALS BC & YUKON

Built on volunteerism, the ALS Society of BC recognizes and affirms the involvement of volunteers at all levels of the organization as a vital component to achieving its mission; to help people living with ALS and their families to manage the effects of the disease and to raise funds for ALS research.

The ALS Society is committed to supporting and nurturing volunteerism by providing guidance, resources and recognition to all volunteers in mutually beneficial relationship.  

In 2015, there were 445 registered volunteers who logged 7,630  hours ( an increase of 1,101 hours or 17% in 2014)
